Abbie and Betty

Abbie Cornish, born 7 August 1982 in Australia and is an actor. Cornish's filmography has roles such as Heidi In Somersault 2004, Fanny Brawne, Sweet pea in Suckerpunch 2011, Lindy from Limitless 2011. Clara Murphy in RoboCop 2014 and Sarah in Geostorm 2017. She also worked together with Martin McDonagh on Seven Psychopaths 2012 as well as Three Billboards in Ebbing Missouri (2017). Cornish received the first Screen Actors Guild Award in the ensemble cast of this film. Betty Gilpin.........................American actress Betty Gilpin was fortunate to have both of her parents be professional actors. Jack Gilpin starred in Adventureland, (2009) while Ann McDonough was in The Mothman Prophecies and other films. Betty Gilpin chose to act since her parents supported and believed in her. Fordham College was her first selection when it came time to attend the college of her dreams. There she honed her talents. Gilpin was auditioned for and started performing off-Broadway in shows after she graduated. Gilpin was able to land a regular role in the NBC show Law & Order: Criminal Intent between 2001 and 2011. Then came small roles as a ghost as a ghost in Ghost Town and The Northern Kingdom. Gilpin kept landing mostly TV guest spots throughout the following years, before getting her first break, in 2013, with the part of Nurse Jackie. In the role of Dr. Carrie Roman Gilpin appeared in 34 episodes in the show prior to when Nurse Jackie was cancelled in June of 2015. Gilpin has also been seen in the thriller mystery True Story (2015).
